Our beginning was effortless, genuine and grounding. Introduced (over instagram) in the thick of the pandemic shortly after relocating to Kuala Lumpur, we bonded over a shared notion of home.

What if home was not a single place but a culmination of people, sights and impressions? The textures of the years had brought us here.

Driven by our newfound idea of home and the itch to express ourselves (it was itchy), we embarked on a journey: roéma. And boy, were we in for a ride.

It quickly became clear what roéma stood for:
