Bespoke
Can I customise my gown or outfit? How does this work?
- Yes we support bespoke offerings.
- Discovery call: We begin with a discovery call to understand the bride's preferences, style, and requirements. During this call, we encourage brides to share details such as preferred cut, fabric, overall vibe, wedding theme, and budget. Brides can also share a mood board or inspiration if available.
- Shortlisting designers: Based on the discussion, roéma will recommend a selection of designers who align with the bride’s vision and needs.
- Design discussions: The bride will then engage in design discussions with the shortlisted designer, typically over calls, to refine the vision. A ballpark quotation will be provided at this stage. A final quotation will be shared once the design and fabric are confirmed.
- Measurements and timeline: Once the design is confirmed, roéma will take the bride’s measurements and photos, prepare a brief, and establish milestones and timelines with the designer.
- Design and fabric selection: The designer will create sketches and secure the required fabric based on the agreed design. A non-refundable deposit will be collected before the sketches are released to the bride.
- Production process: The designer will begin producing the outfit. For more complex designs, a dummy gown made from rough fabric may be created to ensure a perfect fit. This dummy gown will be shipped to roéma’s atelier for fitting and adjustments. The designer will aim to complete the outfit at least 3-4 weeks before the event, allowing time for any last-minute adjustments. Once the look is completed, it will be delivered to roéma’s atelier for the final fitting.
- Final fitting and payment: During the final fitting, any necessary alterations will be proposed. The final payment for the outfit is due at the time of collection.
- If you wish to proceed with customising a look, we recommend booking a discovery call to discuss customisation. You may secure a 15-mins free consultation slot here.

- RM6k / SGD2500 for emerging designers and simpler designs, and can go up to
- RM40-50k / SGD13,000-18,000 for renowned designers. Prices quoted are exclusive of shipping and logistics.
